PROGRAM PATH CHOICES

Qi development

The Zoom lessons offered in this program are based on the guiding principles of Taoist teachings as expressed in traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, which will provide a clear approach towards the cultivation of Qi through the natural and harmonious strengthening, loosening and softening of the body and the general enhancement of one’s physical being as the outcome of regular guided practice.

The Direct Path to spiritual enlightenment

Furthermore, a separate seminar style course over Zoom providing instruction on spiritual cultivation is also available. This program guides subscribers to learn the Direct Path through the cultivation of virtue, as elucidated by the thirty-second-generation Taoist master Ni Hua Ching through his writings. Participants will be provided with a three-year foundational practice program that will, when followed and maintained, develop the foundation for an ongoing path of Taoist spiritual enlightenment that requires no special initiation or acceptance by any organization, no levels to be attained, and no master to answer to outside of oneself.

This method has worked for me and will work for anyone who practices with intention and dedication over a period of from three to thirty years or longer. Zoom lessons will cover and discuss the initial practice, suggested readings, invocations and disparate topics also as requested by subscribers. Being a university level seminar style course, participants will have agency through guided reading, questions and suggested discussion topics at the discretion of the instructor.

My sources, which will be provided in the Bibliography and the suggested reading list, also include teachings and writings from other disciplines, authors, masters and teachers, both contemporary and ancient, that I have found valuable  (see the Bibliography).

I Ching

In addition, this program includes guided instruction on the use and interpretation of the Classic of Changes or the I Ching, based on my nearly sixty years of regular practice. Any version of the Book of Changes may be used based on personal preference. However, I suggest that subscribers purchase Master Ni’s groundbreaking work, I Ching – The Book of Changes and the Unchanging Truth, Revised Edition, Seven Star Communications, 1983, 1990, which is available on Amazon.
